The wines of Celler de SANUI, are characterized by their character and personality, which are conferred by the land and the climate of the vineyards of the different grape varieties. We grow them under a strict and limited production control.
They are wines with pleasant and bright colours, with fresh and fruity aromas that show us the characteristics of the grapes’ varieties, where they come from. In the mouth they are structured, balanced, persistent and with a good passage of mouth; full of life and sensations.
They are wines that reflect the landscape from where they are born.
The whites are pleasant to the eyes, aromatic, soft, with good acidity and delicate in the mouth.
Blacks have a good coat, are intense of colour and persistent taste. They have a good concentration of polyphenols, which, in turn, will promote their evolution in the bottle but also make them healthier for our health.
Both, especially the young, are wines that can be taken as a glass of wine or in the meals of our daily life. Barrel wines, aging wines, are more complex and with a very good structure, need to accompany the rich and varied gastronomy of the Terres de Ponent, where they come from, but without forgetting the dishes of this Mediterranean cuisine so healthy and so close.
